Digital Marketplace: We sell proprietary digital products, including but not limited to Blog Kits, Article Kits, Image Packs, and E-books (“Content Kits”).
3. Third-Party Marketplace Disclosure (Domains)
Referral Role: BrandQuicker.com is not a domain registrar. We act as a gallery and referrer. All domain transactions are processed by third-party platforms.
No Liability: BrandRock Solutions LLP is not responsible for the transfer process, technical issues, or financial disputes occurring on third-party platforms. Your purchase of a domain is governed solely by the terms of the platform where the transaction is completed (e.g., Atom, Afternic).
Price Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, prices and availability are subject to change by the third-party sellers without notice.
4. Digital Products License (Content Kits)
When you purchase a Content Kit, Image Pack, or E-book from BrandQuicker.com, you are granted a Limited, Non-exclusive, Non-transferable License:
Permitted Use: You may use the content for your personal or business websites.
Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the raw files of the Content Kits with third parties unless specifically stated in a “Master Resell Rights” agreement.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Content Kits remain the property of BrandRock Solutions LLP.
5. Payments and Taxes
Processors: Payments are processed via Razorpay (INR) or PayPal (International).
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable GST in India. International buyers are responsible for any local taxes or duties applicable in their jurisdiction.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SEO Metrics: Any SEO data provided (DA, DR, Backlinks, Age) is for informational purposes. We do not guarantee that these metrics will remain static or that the domain will achieve specific search engine rankings.
Trademark Responsibility: BrandQuicker.com does not perform global trademark searches for listed domains. The Buyer is solely responsible for conducting due diligence to ensure the domain name does not infringe on existing trademarks in their region.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandRock Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital products or the purchase of a domain via our referral links.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
