1. Digital Content Kits & Image Packs
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of Blog Kits, Article Kits, Image Packs, and E-books on BrandQuicker.com are final.
No Refunds: Once a digital product has been purchased and the download link has been generated or delivered to your email, we cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange.
Waiver of Withdrawal Right: By completing your purchase and initiating the download, you expressly agree that you waive your statutory right to a “cooling-off” or withdrawal period (such as those provided under EU Consumer Law).
2. Domain Name Purchases
BrandQuicker.com acts as a showcase for domain names that are ultimately sold through third-party platforms (Afternic, Atom, Spaceship, Sedo, etc.).
Third-Party Terms: Any refund, escrow dispute, or cancellation request regarding a domain name must be handled directly with the platform where the transaction took place.
Finality: BrandRock Solutions LLP does not process payments for domain names and therefore cannot issue refunds for them.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital goods, we may consider a refund or replacement at our sole discretion in the following limited cases:
Corrupt Files: If the digital file is technically corrupt and cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same Content Kit twice within a 24-hour period.
4. Cancellation of Orders
Content Kits: Since delivery is instantaneous upon payment, orders for Content Kits cannot be cancelled once the payment is processed.
Domain Listings: If you are a seller listing a domain via our network and wish to remove it, please contact us at official@brandrock.in. Removal will take place within 2-3 business days.
