2. Delivery Method for Content Kits
For all Blog Kits, Article Kits, Image Packs, and E-books, delivery is executed as follows:
Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment via Razorpay or PayPal, you will be redirected to a “Thank You” page containing the download links.
Email Delivery: A confirmation email containing the same download links will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Format: Most kits are delivered as
.ZIPfiles,.PDFdocuments, or links to a cloud-based folder (e.g., Google Drive or Dropbox).
3. Delivery Timeline for Domain Names
As BrandQuicker.com acts as a gallery for domain names sold on third-party marketplaces (Afternic, Atom, Spaceship, etc.):
Redirection: Delivery of the domain name is managed by the third-party platform.
Transfer Process: Once you complete the purchase on the external platform, the transfer (via Auth-Code or Account Push) typically begins within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the registrar’s specific policies.
Support: While the third-party platform handles the technical transfer, BrandQuicker is available to provide guidance if you encounter any initial hurdles in reaching the right transfer page.
4. Failed Delivery or Technical Issues
If you do not receive your digital download email within 10 minutes of purchase, please take the following steps:
Check Spam/Junk Folder: Often, automated delivery emails are filtered by email providers.
Verify Payment: Ensure the transaction was successfully completed on your bank or PayPal statement.
Contact Support: If you still haven’t received the link, email us at official@brandrock.in. We will manually verify your purchase and re-send the files within 24 hours.
5. System Requirements
The buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software to open the digital files (e.g., a PDF reader or a ZIP file extractor). BrandRock Solutions LLP is not responsible for the buyer’s inability to access files due to incompatible hardware or software.
